If you look in Device Manager and see this, don't worry, you almost certainly have the correct drivers installed.
The problem is a Windows 10 setting called Memory Integrity. You can read about what that is here, but the short answer is it needs to be turned off because it will prevent valid device drivers like those for the Logitech camera from loading.
Here's how to turn off Memory Integrity:
1. Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security.
2. Next, click on Windows Security > Device Security
3. Click "core isolation details"
4. Turn the Memory integrity setting Off.
5. Reboot.
But wait, there's more. You might get to step 4 and see that the Memory Integrity setting is greyed-out and can't be toggled on or off. This can be rectified directly in the registry. Please note that registry editing is hazardous, so take care to only change "Enabled", as described below.
1. In the Windows search bar, type "Registry Editor".
2. When you see "Registry Editor" listed, right click on it and choose "Run as administrator"
3. In the registry, navigate here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity\
3. Change the "Data" value for "Enabled" to 0 (zero).
4. Close the registry editor.
5. Reboot.
