UPDATE March 7th, 2023 - There is a new version of MFStudio (v1.5.21) that supports all camera drivers. You can download it here and it should resolve the connection/calibration failure issues:

Make sure to restart the computer and power cycle the scanner before running the new software for the first. If you are still have issues after updating, reach out to use at support@matterandform.net
In some instances, the driver roll back option may be greyed out. This can happen in a number of scenarios, but the common solution is to manually update the driver for the Logitech Camera to the one included in the MFStudio install folder.
Instead of rolling back, choose "Update Driver" instead. You'll want to "Browse My Computer for Drivers" and then "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".
The default location for the driver is C:\Progam Files\Matter and Form Inc\Drivers\Logitech\Video and the file with the driver is lPRO564v.inf
If you have multiple options presented to you, the correct choice is Logitech HD Webcam C270 with a version of 13.51.823.0. DO NOT CHOOSE THE LOGI C270 option; this is the new driver that isn't currently working.d
If the update is successful, you will see the camera under Imaging Devices and the scanner should work again. As always, make sure to restart and power cycle the scanner before launching MFStudio.
